About Me
Hi there! I’m Amanda Trackey, the founder of Curora Studio. I’m a fixer, for better or worse. If something isn’t working, whether it’s a restaurant workflow, a wedding timeline, or a marketing strategy that’s all over the place, my first instinct is to figure out why and make it better. I’ve spent nearly 20 years in hospitality, events, and marketing, and I’ve seen how business owners get buried under complicated systems, frustrating tech, and social media trends that make them feel like they’re always behind.
I don’t believe in making things harder than they need to be. I believe in clear, structured solutions that actually work. Because when your business runs smoothly, you have the time and freedom to actually enjoy it.
People assume I’m outgoing and confident because I can lead a team, execute a flawless event, and make quick decisions under pressure. The truth? I’m happiest behind the scenes, making things happen for other people. At the end of the day, I’d rather be in my slippers, grab some takeout, and pour a glass of oaky Chardonnay. But when it comes to business, I’m the one who will get in the trenches with you, clear the clutter, and create a strategy that makes sense.
My Journey
I got into restaurants and events because I love hospitality. I love watching a space come to life, seeing a menu turn into an experience, and knowing that the small extra details make all the difference.
I plunged into my hospitality career in Charleston, SC, where I learned what true hospitality looks like, how the right food, service, and atmosphere can turn a business into a destination. When I moved back to Upstate NY and the Hudson Valley, I took everything I had learned and applied it to weddings, catering, restaurant and event sales, refining operations and creating seamless guest experiences.
I’ve done a little bit of everything from a fine dining server, restaurant manager, event planner, to director of sales and marketing. I’ve trained teams, built menus, priced events, and made sure everything runs like clockwork. I also know how frustrating it is when things aren’t running as smoothly as they should. That’s where I come in.

Why I Do It
I know what it’s like to juggle everything at once and feel like there’s never enough time. I’ve worked in businesses that ran like a well-oiled machine, and I’ve worked in ones where it felt like putting out fires every day. The difference? Clear systems, a strong strategy, a trained team with the same mission, and the right support.
I believe business should feel structured, intentional, and sustainable. I believe that great brands deserve marketing that actually works, systems that make sense, and support that feels helpful, not overwhelming.
Being a mom is my biggest joy and my most important job. I love creating a life that’s full of connection, fun, and just the right amount of organized chaos. Whether it’s chasing my boys around the yard, cheering them on at practice with my husband, or spending time together around the table, it’s all about finding those little moments that make it all worth it.
